Please be aware the NHS Employers and the GPC published document ‘frequently asked questions on QOF’ under the Cytology, page 17, the retirement of two exception codes. One is incorrect, listed is 9OS8.(Clinic A invite) and it should read:   9O8S.    Cervical smear defaulter.
