We are experiencing technical difficulties with uploading new flyers/application forms to this website, so please contact the organiser of the particular course that you are interested in from the course list above.

Year on year EQUIP develop a number of courses in relation to demand and requests.

Our course and conference confirmations are sent by email and we require an ACTIVE email address on each application form. This can be your own email address or that of your practice manager. Please ensure names and preferred email addresses are printed clearly on the forms, as these details will be used throughout the course processing system, including the attendance certificates.

EQUIP Course Cancellation Policy

The delegate fee for an EQUIP course is calculated to cover the cost of the venue, catering, tutor/speakers and course materials and administration. Compared to other commercial organisations our course fees are extremely competitive.   The venues we use require course numbers 7 days prior to a course or conference and we are charged for the submitted numbers.   Therefore our cancellation policy reflects this, if you cancel 8 days before the course we will give you a full refund.  If you cancel 7 days or less before an event we are unable to refund the course fee.

QOF – “Let’s start at the very beginning”  (We promise you will not have to sing!!)

Since the introduction of QOF in 2004 there have been a lot of changes. This is your opportunity to turn the clock back to 2004 and start right at the beginning to the present day. When did QOF start and why. How do practices start to earn their points, What is a prevalence and what does ‘Exception Reporting’ mean. The course is aimed at those staff who are very new to QOF or would just like to have a little more knowledge or a greater understanding of what it is all about and why it is important to the practice. The course is facilitated by Jill Warn

Information Security and Confidentiality

Due to demand EQUIP have developed this course, facilitated by Jill Warn. This training is aimed towards non-clinical staff. Everyone with access to person-identifiable information should be aware of their responsiblities and have an understanding of the Caldicot Principles.
