Our Primary Care Network (PCN) brings together local GP practices to deliver high-quality, integrated care for our community. We are seeking an organised and proactive PCN Administrator to support the smooth running of our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Clinical Rota’s
- Manage PCN email inbox and respond to queries promptly.
- Schedule and organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for PCN projects and workforce.
- Assist with reporting requirements and data submissions to NHS England.
- Liaise with member practices and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or similar role desirable.
