Our Primary Care Network (PCN) brings together local GP practices to deliver high-quality, integrated care for our community. We are seeking an organised and proactive PCN Administrator to support the smooth running of our network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Clinical Rota’s
  • Manage PCN email inbox and respond to queries promptly.
  • Schedule and organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for PCN projects and workforce.
  • Assist with reporting requirements and data submissions to NHS England.
  • Liaise with member practices and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or similar role desirable.
