Care Navigator/Receptionist required to join our friendly team for 20 hours a week. The successful candidate will also be required to cover colleagues annual leave/sick leave.
Days of work are: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 13.30pm – 18.30pm and Tuesday 08.30-13.30pm.
The applicant will cover a wide range of duties and will require excellent telephone skills and the ability to stay calm when dealing with patients and to follow strict confidentiality rules.
We are a SystmOne practice so knowledge of this would be an advantage, but training will be offered for the right candidate.
