A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time experienced or newly qualified Practice Nurse for 20+ hours per week to join our friendly practice.
You will work closely with a team of supportive and collaborative clinicians to ensure the greatest level of care is delivered to all patients.
Chelmer Medical Partnership is a three-site practice based in Chelmsford – Humber Road Surgery, Melbourne House Surgery and Tennyson House Surgery. Candidates will be required to work across these three sites.
Duties of the role include:
- Delivering exceptional levels of care to all patients
- Working autonomously and as part of a team
- Providing Flu vaccinations
- Providing Cervical Cytology
- Carry out Contraceptive Reviews
- Providing Immunisation
- Delivering Wound care
Management of Asthma, Diabetes and COPD would be of benefit and development to support this could be provided.
