LIVE (Face to Face) Events: Cancellations with a full refund will be accepted up to and including 15 days prior to the event. Any refund request for places cancelled after this date will not be refunded.
ONLINE Events: Cancellations with a full refund will only be accepted up to and including 15 days prior to the event with the exception of events that include immediate availability to all or any part of the course content.
