We have many queries regarding QOF from both practices and PCTs at this time of the year and thought it would be of benefit to all if we were to share those questions and answers. All questions will be anonymised so please, if you have a query, contact the EQUIP office and we can share the answer. Job Vacancy Adverts on EQUIP Website
There is a fee of £120 (incl VAT) per month for NON members to advertise their vacancies on the EQUIP Website. This is good value for money and has been proven to be extremely useful for staff recruitment. If you search for ‘GP Vacancies in Essex’ or Practice Nurse Vacancies in Essex on Google, we are amongst the top listed, so we are confident that this is being viewed on a national, perhaps international scale!
EQUIP Membership
EQUIP membership is extended to all staff who are employed by a surgery that has paid the annual EQUIP Subscription Scheme fee (this does not include locum GPs/Nurses – see individual membership), or individuals who have paid the annual individual membership fee of £120.
The Membership year runs from 1st JULY to 30th JUNE each year.
EQUIP Members enjoy our courses at the subsidised rate ‘Member rate’
Delegates from Hospitals, Trusts or PCTs are generally NOT Members but are still welcome to attend our courses but will be required to pay the non-member rate.
