Full Time Practice Based Pharmacy Technician wanted for busy GP surgery.
You would be supporting and working alongside clinical pharmacists and other multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient medication use and improve outcomes.
Key responsibilities include managing prescriptions, supporting medication reviews and reconciliations, advising patients and healthcare professionals on medication-related queries, and promoting efficient prescribing processes while minimizing medication wastage.
