We’re on the lookout for a capable and confident Practice Nurse to join our primary care team. This is a part-time role, but hours are negotiable. You must be experienced in the full scope of general practice nursing duties.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be expected to provide a wide range of practice nurse services with confidence and autonomy, including but not limited to:
- Chronic disease management (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, etc.)
- Cervical cytology
- Childhood and adult immunisations
- Contraceptive advice and support
- NHS Health Checks
- Support for QOF and enhanced services
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Proven experience in a general practice or primary care setting
- Up-to-date with current protocols, PGDs, and best practices
- A team player with great communication skills
- Someone who is flexible, reliable, and professional
