Abbey Field Medical Centre and Tollgate Practice is currently looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Pharmacist – this is a permanent full time contract.
The successful person will join a strong Clinical Pharmacy Team consisting of 3 Clinical Pharmacists and 4 Pharmacy Technicians. You will be responsible for prescribing, monitoring of medication, clinical document management letters, discharge summaries and minor surgery clinics (if time allows).
You will have experience of working in General Practice and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical council
