We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our administrative team, assisting with the increasing demand of primary care services and supporting our clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a professional point of contact via telephone, email, and in person, acting as a liaison between patients, doctors, and external teams.
- Administrative Support: Managing clinical correspondence and records.
- System Management: Utilizing clinical systems (e.g., SystmOne) for scheduling and data management.
- Dealing with appointment waiting lists and the management of tasks and emails etc.
- Previous experience working in a GP Practice or a clinical setting is required.
- Highly organized with strong IT and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team and manage your time effectively
