Chelmer PCN is a supportive and well‑established Primary Care Network serving a diverse patient population across 4 practices in Chelmsford Essex. We are committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care while supporting staff wellbeing, professional development, and work–life balance.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our multidisciplinary team. The post offers a varied and rewarding role, working closely with fellow GPs, ARRS staff, practice teams, and the wider PCN workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based general medical care
Conduct routine and urgent face‑to‑face, telephone, and online consultations
Participate in home visits where clinically appropriate
Contribute to PCN services such as enhanced access, long‑term condition management, and palliative care
Work collaboratively within the MDT to deliver safe and effective care
Engage in clinical meetings, audit, and quality improvement activity
