The Writtle Surgery is a well-established village practice at the heart of Writtle, providing high-quality healthcare to our patients in a friendly and supportive environment. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team for three mornings per week.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring every patient receives a warm welcome and excellent service.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:
β Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
β Answering telephone calls and assisting with patient enquiries
β Booking and managing appointments
β Processing patient information accurately and confidentially
β Supporting clinicians and colleagues with administrative tasks
About You
You will be:
β Friendly, approachable and empathetic

β Organised and able to manage competing priorities
β Comfortable using computer systems
β A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
Previous reception, customer service or healthcare experience would be beneficial, but we are equally interested in candidates who share our values and are keen to learn.
