About the PCN

Chelmer PCN is a well‑established Primary Care Network supporting 4 GP practices across Essex. We are committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care through collaboration, innovation, and strong operational support.

The Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and motivated PCN Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of the PCN. This is a varied role, working closely with the PCN management team, GP practices, and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PCN team
Support PCN meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking
Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting spreadsheets
Support workforce administration, including starters, leavers, rotas, and training records
Assist with PCN service coordination and data collection for reporting requirements
Act as a key point of contact between practices, PCN staff, and external stakeholders

About You

Previous administrative experience Essential
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Understanding of primary care/PCN structures is advantageous but not essential
