Chelmer Medical Partnership is a three-site practice based in Chelmsford – Humber Road Surgery, Melbourne House Surgery and Tennyson House Surgery.
We are looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our forward-thinking training practice.
The role is for 19 hours per week – Monday and Tuesday 8.00am – 6.30pm for 9 months.
You will work closely with a team of supportive and collaborative clinicians to ensure the greatest level of care is delivered to all our patients; particularly in areas such as minor illnesses and acute, on the day appointments, as well as seeing long-term conditions.
Duties of the role include:
– Delivering exceptional levels of care to all our housebound patients
– Working autonomously and as part of a team
– Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
Prescribing preferred.
