We are recruiting an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for Fern House Surgery which is a large GMS dispensing practice with 8 Partners, 2 salaried GPs and over 17,000 patients.
You will become a part of a forward-thinking Practice which has significantly evolved during these times of change, to enable us to provide excellent Patient Care, whilst protecting and supporting our valued team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduated from a Centre for Advancing Practice accredited MSc Advanced
- Practice Programme, or completed the Centre’s ePortfolio (supported) Route.
- General Practice experience
- Knowledge of SystmOne
- Experience in diagnosing and treating patients who present with acute medical and minor illnesses
- Relevant expertise in managing long term conditions.
