We are looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our hardworking friendly team who will act within their professional boundaries to provide the best possible patient care.
The job will include initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. Contact with patients is by telephone/video consultation, face to face appointments in the surgery and home visits.
The post-holder will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision making process, will need to be an Independent/Supplementary Nurse Prescriber and have a consultation and assessment/diagnostic qualification.
