Audit Clerk

We are a surgery of 8 Doctors with around 11,500 patients, part of Braintree PCN. We require an audit clerk for 20 hours per week.

The position would suit someone with good knowledge of SystmOne and clinical reporting.

Main duties would be:

• Running audits of patient’s on chronic disease and other registers to ensure accurate reflection of patient numbers on this lists for reviewing by Doctors as appropriate
• Running Audit reports for submission of patients numbers into CQRS local
• Running regular audits and reports as required by Doctors or PCN staff as part of LES
• Recording and maintaining an accurate record of patient invitations to practice for yearly or with required timeframe for reviews to support best practice and QOF compliance requirements
• Support Practice Manager with CQRS/QOF/Enhanced Services as required.
• Troubleshoot clinical database
• Report faults to software supplier and track progress
• Interrogate data for audit purposes
• Auditing data collection standards in the practice
• Supporting the Practice Manager with Policies and training.
