John Tasker House & Felsted Surgeries are looking for a dynamic individual who can provide IT support to the practice on a full time basis. Duties will include (but are not limited to) running searches on our clinical system (SystmOne), submission of claims, setting up user accounts, overseeing clinical rota templates etc.
The new IT Lead will also liaise with external agencies, such as ITS Digital and will support with hardware and software queries and will advise the senior leadership team on infrastructure projects as required.
As IT lead at our friendly and innovative practice, the candidate will be play an integral role, acting in a supervisory capacity as well as taking a hands on approach with project work and other requirements.
