We are a friendly and supportive NHS GP surgery located in the picturesque village of Writtle, just minutes from Chelmsford city centre. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our team and help deliver high-quality care to our local community.
The Role
As a Practice Nurse you will play a key role in providing safe, effective, and patient-centred case.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proving clinical care, including health checks and patient assessments
- Administering vaccinations and immunisations
- Performing wound care, dressings, and assisting with minor procedures as required
- Supporting chronic disease management and patient education
- Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NHS protocols
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:-
- A Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration
- Someone who values ongoing professional development
- Clinically confident with a compassionate and professional approach
