Kingsway Surgery are looking to employ a new reception team member for 19.5hrs per week to join our existing team of 10 receptionists, with additional cover required for annual leave and staff sickness.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Front of house greeting patients
- Telephone triage calls
- Patchs messages – our econsult tool
- Calling patients
- Printed out blood test forms and booking appointments
- Scanning and assigning post
- Completing tasks from team members or patients
- Calling patients in from work lists and other health reviews
- Working closely with our clinical and admin team.
You will be supported by the reception team, 2 prescription clerks, 2 scanning clerks, 3 secretaries, 1 insurance clerk, 1 part time assistant practice manager and 1 full time practice manager.
About us
We are a large surgery with 14,000 patients and we work from Crouch Vale Medical Centre in South Woodham Ferrers. You will be supported our clinical team of 2 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GP’s, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 1 Nurse Prescriber, 1 Prescribing Paramedic, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Health Care Assistant and 1 Phlebotomist.
