Peacock Surgery works over 2 sites – Stansted and Elsenham. This role will predominantly be based at our Elsenham Branch. Our Nursing Team consists of 4 Practice Nurses, 2 Nursing Associates, 2 Healthcare Assistants and 3 Phlebotomists

About you

The following criteria are essential:

  • A qualified and registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
  • Experience in Primary Care
  • Confident working autonomously while contributing to a wider team
  • Organised, approachable and patient-focused
  • Committed to maintaining high clinical standards and professional development

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Chronic disease management
  • Childhood and adult immunisations
  • Cervical cytology
  • Wound care (e.g. leg ulcers and compression)
  • Health promotion and patient education
  • Treatment room duties
  • Support with QOF and clinical audits
