We are looking for a full-time Practice Nurse to join our friendly practice in Braintree.
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of Primary Care nursing and able to perform a range of procedures in vaccinations, immunisations, wound care, ECG, phlebotomy. A knowledge of LTC management (Good Diabetes, Respiratory Conditions, Asthma/ COPD, hypertension) will be an advantage. Training will be given to improve and develop skills. You will be comfortable with IT, SystmOne is used.
We are looking for a practice nurse who will work closely with a team of supportive and collaborative clinicians to ensure the greatest level of care is delivered to all patients. To take the lead in Infection control.
