We are looking for a skilled and caring Practice Nurse to join our team, approximately 3 days per week (to be confirmed).
Key duties include:
- Cervical smears
- Childhood immunisations
- Asthma reviews
- COPD reviews
- Wound care
- Chronic disease management and general practice nurse duties
Requirements:
- NMC registered nurse
- Experience in primary care or GP practice
- Competent in smears, immunisations, chronic disease management, wound care and other practice nurse duties
- SystmOne experience desirable
