The Opportunity

Due to retirement we’re looking for a QoF Coordinator / Clinical Auditor to join our small, friendly, and dedicated administration team. This is an exciting role where you’ll be responsible for clinical data and population health systems, overseeing the smooth running and continuation of our high achieving QoF, submitting financial service claims and working closely with the Clinical and Practice Management Teams. Strong IT and communication skills and previous experience in collaborative working are essential to this post.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Role

  • To co-ordinate and provide audit services to the Practice.
  • To monitor compliance with and performance of national and local QoF disease area targets, enhanced services and clinical research.
  • To assist the management team in compiling and submitting monthly, quarterly and annual claims
  • To develop, coordinate, implement and manage patient recall systems to ensure safe and proactive treatment of patients with Long-Term Conditions and services. Update disease registers, send invitations and reminders, review QoF points

Communication & Coordination

  • Attendance at our daily multidisciplinary team meetings

  • An eye for detail and an understanding of how accurate and efficient data management can enhance healthcare.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of NHS systems and procedures
  • Understanding of data safety, confidentiality, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with IT systems and practice management software
