Mill Road Surgery is a large, friendly, and forward-thinking GP practice in Colchester, caring for a growing patient population of over 18,000 patients. We are looking to welcome a new Salaried GP to join our supportive and experienced clinical team.

About Us

• List size: 18,000+ patients
• Team of 10 GPs, supported by an excellent multi-disciplinary team including ANPs, pharmacists, nurses, HCAs, and administrative staff
• Strong focus on high-quality patient care, teamwork, and professional development
• Well-established, organised, and progressive practice

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated GP to join our team. The number of sessions is flexible and open to discussion – we’re happy to explore what works best for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive environment
• Working collaboratively with our GP partners, salaried doctors, and wider practice team
• Contributing to ongoing service development and patient-centred initiatives

About you

• A qualified GP with current GMC Registration
• Ideally with SystmOne experience
