Alternatives to Saying No- New Date 9th April 2021

Due to the pressures on surgeries at the moment, we have moved this training to the spring when we hope things will be easier for clinicians.

Patients bring a variety of expectations to their clinicians – some of which are not realistic. Responding to unrealistic expectations can be frustrating at best, and a source of conflict with patients at worst.

This course will help clinicians manage the expectations of patients.
