Event Details

This half day course is for admin staff, phlebotomists and HCAs who would like to understand more about blood tests and test results.

It aims to provide the students with a better understanding of why blood tests are performed and what the results can indicate, giving them more confidence when undertaking phlebotomy or giving out results to patients.

  • Types of blood tests.
  • What blood test results can indicate.
  • Giving results to patients.

Refund Policy

Cancellations with a full refund will be accepted up to and including 15 days prior to the event.  Any refund request for places cancelled after this date will not be refunded.
