When preparing for a CQC inspection it is often overlooked that a whole team approach is required and that it’s not all down to the Practice or Registered Manager.

CQC will speak to staff around a myriad of issues including their welfare, access for patients, training, safeguarding, risk etc.

This presentation is designed to alleviate any concerns staff may have about their part in the inspection.
