This is a private Online Course, available only to the Clinical Auditors for the Castle Point & Rochford and Southend PCN’s

The aim of this course carried out over five half day morning sessions is to give delegates the skills and knowledge to support their PCN in the five set priorities plus extended QOF.

All sessions must be attended online, you will need your practice laptop with a camera and your SMART card for the practical work

SESSION TWO

  • Processing Results
  • Improve your Excel Skills
  • Report Writing

SESSION THREE

Delegates will cover practical work on the clinical system within the search and reports. Discussion, analysing the results.

  • How to engage with the practices within the PCN to ensure good outcomes and audit results
  • Building Searches specific to the PCN requirements, including stretched QOF indicators
  • Analysing results

SESSION FOUR

  • Feedback – using Word and Excel
  • Discussion of work to be completed for Session Five

SESSION FIVE

Audit results:

  • Reviewing Criterion and acceptable standard
  • SNOMED – validation of searches
  • Any outstanding queries
