We have been commissioned to deliver an Audit Clerks meeting for all South East Essex practices.

The Audit Clerk Meeting for South East Essex Practices with Jill Warn.

This event is for all practice staff involved in audit.

Agenda:

  • Guest speaker on the importance of coding the appropriate form of communication for patients with impairments
  • Care patient adjustment – the importance of communication
  • Dementia – coding
  • QOF Q&A session

In order to receive your attendance certificate for this course, please complete our Online Evaluation Form which will be emailed to you.  Once this has been received your certificate will be available for you to download from within the ticket in your account.
