Essex EQUIP Ltd has been commissioned by the Mid and South STP to deliver two Red Whale – Working at Scale courses.

We expect Working at Scale to be a major focus in the 2019/20 GMS Contract.  Therefore practices that have undertaken training in this area will be at a significant advantage.

N.B. Bookings will be accepted from Practice Staff  and GPs that come under this STP.

Are you worried about the sustainability of your practice?

Are you being encouraged to think about working at a larger scale but don’t know which option to choose?

Are you concerned it might make things worse rather than better?

You are not alone!

And we can help!

The NEW Red Whale one day Working at Scale course is for Practice Staff and GPs who are facing these choices and are unsure where to turn for information and help

Who is this course for?

Practice Staff and GPs who want clarity on WHY they might need to work at scale and HOW they might go about doing it well.

What will be covered?
As with all our courses we don’t claim we will be able to teach you everything there is to know on the subject BUT we will focus on those aspects which will have a high impact on your ability to succeed at working at scale.

We’ll explore the political landscape and present compelling reasons for change, whilst examining the pros and cons of different options.

By focusing on WHY practices might choose to work at scale, we will help you and your team understand the important issues which need addressing before you embark on the journey. We will offer practical hints and tips to help make the transition smoother, to help bring people with you and make you less likely to fall at the last hurdle.

Each delegate will receive a comprehensive handbook and 12 months free access to GPCPD.com our online handbook and CPD tracking tool.
