We are seeking an experienced Workflow Administrator to join our friendly team, hours and times are negotiable.
You will need to be hard-working, conscientious, with excellent attention to detail and be able to work comfortably in a team as well as independently. It is vital that all episodes of care received outside of the surgery are documented accurately in line with our existing processes.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
Processing documents and assisting with post distribution in line with our processes and any other primary care tasks. We use the clinical system SystmOne.
The London Road Surgery is a busy GP practice, currently caring for over 14,000 patients. We offer the NHS Pension Scheme, on site car parking and to work in a new building (built in 2017). Wickford Train Station is a few minutes’ walk away
