We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our small friendly team consisting of 3 GP’s, 2 Practice Nurses and two HCA’s with a list size of 7899.
The hours are 24hrs per week Monday. Wednesday and Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Duties to include:
- Deal with long-term disease management, diabetes and respiratory.
- To work with the practice team to achieve QOF Targets
- Spirometry or willing to train
- Cervical cytology
- Childhood Immunisations
- Adult Immunisations
- ECG’s
- Wound care
- Any other duties within the Practice Nurse role.
We are a SystmOne Practice.
Successful candidate will be encouraged to continue their personal development and attend training as required.
