A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part time Practice Nurse for 20+ hours per week to join our forward-thinking training practice.
You will work closely with a team of supportive and collaborative clinicians to ensure the greatest level of care is delivered to all patients.
Chelmer Medical Partnership is a three-site practice based in Chelmsford formed from Humber Road Surgery, Melbourne House Surgery and Tennyson House Surgery. Candidates will be required to work across these three sites.
Duties of the role include:
Delivering exceptional levels of care to all patients
Working autonomously and as part of a team
Providing Flu vaccinations
Providing Cervical Cytology
Carry out Contraceptive Reviews
Providing Immunisation
Delivering Wound care
Management of Asthma, Diabetes and COPD would be of benefit and development to support this could be provided.
