Rivermead Gate Medical Centre is a large GMS practice with 3 partners and approximately 14,250 patients and we are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our friendly and busy team.
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, good telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure and always maintain confidentiality. Previous General Practice experience and knowledge of SystmOne is desirable but not essential.
This role is a flexible hour role for approximately 16.5 hours per week (approximately 3 shifts) and working hours will be allocated 4 weeks in advance. Availability to cover sickness will also be expected. The successful candidate will also be required to work some late evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
