Salaried GP

We are recruiting a Salaried GP.

We are a small, semi-rural, dispensing, highly regarded, effective, and well-organised GMS practice with currently 5000 patients. We have streamlined processes, few visits, and effective clinical and administration teams. We have a “Good” CQC rating and very high achievement for QoF as well as being one of the highest-rated patient practices locally and nationally.

You would be supported by a multidisciplinary team of a Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioners, HCA, Social Prescribers, GP Care Advisors, First Contact MSK Physiotherapist, and a Clinical Pharmacist as well as highly trained dispensing and administration staff.

We operate on a basis of pre-bookable, triage and acute appointments and our system which works, is well understood by the patient population. Home visits are very few and local amenities are very good. As a small practice, we know our patients very well and continue to provide a caring service based on continuity of care.

Knowledge of EMIS would be advantageous but full training will be given.

We would be able to offer a very competitive salary, with an extremely flexible working pattern which can be discussed and negotiated.
