Salaried GP – 4 to 6 Sessions
Blackwater Medical Centre is seeking a Salaried GP for 4–6 sessions per week to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are a well-established, semi-rural practice located in the historic town of Maldon, serving approximately 13,500 patients. The practice benefits from easy access to the A12, with convenient links to Chelmsford, Colchester, and the Brentwood area.
About the practice
- On-site dispensary and community pharmacy
- Multidisciplinary team including:
- 6 GPs
- ANPs
- Paramedic
- Social prescriber and care coordinator
- Diabetes specialist nurse
- Asthma and COPD nurse
- Nurse prescriber
- Supportive partnership with a strong emphasis on high-quality patient care
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a GP who has excellent communication skills, demonstrates a good bedside manner, is proactive and a strong team player with managerial or leadership skills (desirable but not essential).
