Mount Chambers Surgery is a town centre Practice over 2 sites. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated GP for 4 to 6 sessions per week (negotiable).
We are a busy training Practice with around 14,000 patients. We have our own in-house dispensary and our clinical team consists of 4 GP Partners, 2 salaried GP’s, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses, 3 HCA’s as well as additional staff through the Primary Care Network Hub which is located at the same place as our additional site and includes FCP, ANP and Clinical Pharmacist clinics we can book our patients into which provides additional appointments for our patients.
We operate a triage system which is an evolving system for us as this is still new and we are constantly looking for ways to improve the system. We are currently using Accurx to manage the triage along with our reception team, Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic.
We are a very friendly and supportive Practice, with everyone having an open-door policy and help and support is always readily available. We actively encourage career progression. We use SystmOne along with Ardens templates and have a Duty Doctor AM and PM which is allocated on a pro-rata basis.
