Blackwater Medical Centre is seeking a salaried GP to join our friendly and well-established team. We are a supportive practice with a multidisciplinary workforce that includes five GPs, ANPs, specialist nurses, a paramedic, a community pharmacist, and a social prescriber. We care for approximately 13,000 patients.
The practice is based in the historic town of Maldon, with easy access to the A12 and convenient links to London, Chelmsford, and Colchester. We also benefit from having an on-site dispensary and community pharmacy, which enhances continuity of care for our patients.
The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a caring and professional bedside manner, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Participation in on-call duties and contribution to QOF are required. Applicants should have a good professional character, with no disciplinary history or disputes with previous employers.
This post is available for between 6 and 10 sessions per week and could potentially be shared between two GPs if preferred.
